Controversy
editThere was alot of controversy about the episodes that followed after the Christmas episode "It's Not Such A Wonderful Life". Creator Larry Herzog elaborates on those changes in two entries from Vidiot's page:
One at the start of what became known as the "Post-UPN" episodes known as the Palmtop arc: http://www.vidiot.com/UPN/NM/Creator/Creator012.html and another from the same page from when the arc finished: http://www.vidiot.com/UPN/NM/Creator/Creator013.html

episode titles
editSo, I delinked the episode titles in the table, because they weren't linking to anything relevant to the show, or in some cases to anything at all. The logical thing for them to link to would be individual episode articles, which we don't have, obviously (and probably shouldn't; it's a great show, but I doubt notable enough to merit articles for each episode). Also, I took out the links for Darby, NY and Tipton, GA. Not real towns, and we'll never have articles on them... Maqsarian 19:00, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
re: episode titles
editWell, I was actually planning on adding pages for the majority of the episodes, as I have several random facts about the episodes including the ratings each one garnered. I guess I'll just re-link them when I do it. I also thought it was interesting linking the pages for episodes like, "Absolute Zero" and "Gemini", since most might not know what Gemini symbolizes. Whatever though, just more work for later.

- Oh, good deal. I actually reconsidered the merits of having individual episode articles about an hour after I edited, but didn't have time to retract my statement until now. If you have enough info on the individual episodes to make articles for them that won't be permanent stubs, that's awesome. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Second Episode
editThe last phrase "but realizes he must intervene before Ellen divulges any information and endangers other possible victims" is pure fantasy. The story Ellen tells him is similar to his own. He feels great sympathy for her and escapes from the sanitarium with her. She asks for some tangible proof that really is who he says he is, like the negatives. He goes out and get the negatives he has with him, but something she says alerts him that the situation is not what it appears. He narrowly escapes. Ellen is back in her cell at the sanitarium. She says something to the effect of "they told me I could get my life back if I broke him." ProfAck (talk) 01:03, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
Episode 8, “The Alpha Spike.” Making a change in the synopsis.
editI watched this during its original run and just watched this episode again. In the episode summary it is stated: “Veil travels to a private military prep school in Connecticut….” I saw nothing within the episode that indicates that the school is a military academy other than one character referring to the students as being made into “soldiers,” which seems sarcastic and not literal. The school is named "Sperling Academy," and Veil refers to it simply as "a private school." The school is certainly highly regimented and the students wear uniforms, but they seem to be rather standard prep school ones and not military ones. Also, no student is referred to by a military rank and the man who runs it holds the title “headmaster” and not “commandant.” Additionally, the school is co-educational which doesn’t seem like a prep military academy of that time period, if now, and it doesnt seem like military school students would be doing pep rally like choreography. Therefore, I’m changing the description as there is no evidence whatsoever that this is a military academy per se, and much to the contrary.HistoryBuff14 (talk) 20:36, 23 March 2017 (UTC). .
Confused about grammar
editI'm uncertain about the following sentence from the [o]verview section:
... his friends claim not to know him, his wife claims not to recognize him and is living with another man.
Could anyone please tell me if there should be an "and" after the first "him"?--Thylacine24 (talk) 04:17, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
