Just going to drop this image here. Newly featured on Commons and seems like a good lead/infobox image given that it shows the full animal, looking ahead, in its desert environment. If the current image were clearly lower quality I probably wouldn't hesitate to replace, but as it is also a good one people may disagree. Don't seem to be enough resources on that online, but are we sure it exists everywhere around the Palestinian territories, even as north as Lebanon, but none exist there? If someone has a source on that, please add it.--Crazyketchupguy (talk) 21:43, 24 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
It's difficult to find specific literature on ibex in the Palestinian Territories, but several publications show that ibex in the Judean desert population overlap from Israel into the West Bank. I included this in the recent update. Bbreslau (talk) 08:51, 28 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
