Team memberships under this code name.
editI can see the inclusion of link to the Infinity, Inc category. Gerome McKenna was assigned the codename when Luthor bought it and the team name. Since this is most likely the only article that character is going to have, it should link back to the team category.
Also, Albert Rothstein was using this codename when he help to found the original version of the team. It is a little redundant since the category tag is applied both here and on the main article for him, but that is pretty much unavoidable.
I can also see the logic in including the JLA category using the Green Lantern and Robin entries as a template. The entry for the codename that was a member of the team gets equal treatment with the entries for the individual characters who were members.
- →JLA membership category on Green Lantern (codename), Hal Jordan, Guy Gardner, John Stewart, and Kyle Rayner entries (characters)
- →Teen Titans category on Robin (codename), Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, and Tim Drake entries (characters)
But, before he joined the JSA, Albert Rothstein took up the codename Atom Smasher. No one has been a member of the JSA under the codenamed Nuklon. Again, using the Green Lantern and Robin entry as an example, even if one of the characters that used the codename is/was a member of a team, only the entries containing the codename(s) used on that team should get the category tag.
- →JLA membership category on Green Lantern (codename), but not on Alan Scott (character), a GL that has never belonged to the JLA.
- →JLA membership category on Dick Grayson (character), but not on Robin (codename), since Dick was never a member of the JLA as Robin.
Hence the deletion of the JSA category tag.
Here's hoping that's clear. :) — J Greb 03:21, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
New Nuklon
editThe article states Gerome McKenna's new power, but not his old ones. I assume they were similar to the original's? Noclevername 10:57, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
