Talk:Nurse with Wound list

  • The subtitle of Fille Qui Mousse's album "Trixie Stapelton 291" is sort of an in joke about the NWW List (although Stapleton's name is misspelled). - I have taken this out and placed it here incase it's correct but I don't think it is since that album came out in 1973 and the NWW list was made later than that therefore it can't be an in-joke on their part. All names or just some?

edit

Should this be a list of all the names that were mentioned by Nurse With Wound? Or only those that want to be mentioned? Can anyone just remove names from this list? Just to be clear, I think an encyclopedia should give the complete, factual list of names. Mark in wiki (talk) 07:59, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Today I asked a question about this matter at the Reference Desk Entertainment. Mark in wiki (talk) 08:49, 16 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
After reading this I've decided to revert back to an old version of this page, without the name Franz de Byl. Mark in wiki (talk) 12:55, 16 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Dear Mark, the main thing for me is if there is a copyright abuse or not when somebody is using my name and trademark, my pics and my music without permission or somebody indicates or links to people who are doing so. Google decided to remove discogs and others from the search results for "Franz de Byl". And I wrote another DMCA complaint concerning Last.fm and others, also about this Wiki. In my view this has nothing to do with a "free press". I never tried to remove an article about me or my music or concerts, doesn't matter if good or bad for me. But this is a private list what publishes names to bring them in direct connection to IT communities or companies who only crave for money. In this view Wikipedia is abused for private interests and promotion. Don Bradshaw-Leather

edit

It's worth looking at this blog page, dated 2011, which, in a post apparently from the musician's sister, states that Don Bradshaw was born in 1948, and was a classically-trained musician living in Essex, who was allocated funds to record his album by CBS Records. He recorded the album himself as a solo artist, at a studio he built in Sussex. His sister also refers to him as "Oden Bradshaw", and says that he died "12 years ago" - but, as there is no date attached to her post (and the original posting can't be found - but certainly no later than 2011) his year of death can't be pinned down. Not definitive, but interesting. Anyway, presumably not Robert John Godfrey, who is still alive. Ghmyrtle (talk) 07:49, 6 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
