Salad
editNot sure if anyone knew this, and I'm not sure if it's true myself, but I've also heard the whole "salad tomato" thing is a reference to a man's testicles, and that since a "salad" is so embarrassing it's kind of like taking away the guy's manhood. Original research
editThere seems to be alot of original research without citations if its substantiated it should be deleted

Origins
editShould there be such a judgement as "The most likely source..."? It seems clear none is more likely than any other, and I'd personally dispute Seddon's origin, because I've been unable to find any reference to nutmegging outside of football.
Names in other languages
editI would like to point out that in Brazil one of the most common nicknames for a nutmeg is also "ovinho" (little egg), and this does not seem to be listed.
Here is an example: https://pt-br.facebook.com/dpfutebol/posts/679069938882455
translation: "Caneta (pen), ovinho (little egg), janelinha (little window), ... Doesn't matter what you call it, it's always appreciable" etc Then is linked a youtube video to a nutmeg compilation.
and another example: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drible
translation (principais dribles/main dribles): "Caneta (pen) - also known as rolinho (little roll), ovinho (little egg), janelinha (little window) or sainha (little skirt) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.53.154.120 (talk) 03:44, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
