Information from Munchers article

edit

The Munchers article had some material that looked like it belonged on this page, so I moved it. It was originally put there by Wtshymanski. —Vectornaut (talk) 23:06, 7 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Germany

edit

In Germany I know several rhymes for this, but the Israeli form given in the article ("naana banana") reminds me of a rhyme used to taunt boys called "Arne", which goes: "Arne Banane, Butterbrot mit Sahne" (Arne banana, sandwich with cream). The similarity might be coincidental, but needn't be. I'm leaving it here for future reference. There are a couple of hits on the internet, but nothing to really attest it for wikipedia. 82.82.152.162 (talk) 20:19, 12 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
