OFP is an acronym meaning "Own Fucking Program" in the United States Military. It can be derogatory (synonymous with "not being a team player") or simply describe the state of being on special duty with a different schedule than most of one's coworkers (e.g. Corporal Jenkins is the new driver for the Regimental CO, so he's OFP).
