Code clean up
editI removed a lot of the unsourced criticisms as per WP:LIVE. I also cleaned up some of the weasel words, (around the images and in the criticism) as per WP:AWW.
Some of the text had also nothing to do with the mayor but more with the South African constitution and Tongat Hulett.
