editThe debut of Snoopy, Dick Tracy and Leave it to Beaver do not meet notability requirements for Wikicalendar articles. None of these changed the world and none have an impact on how we see the world today. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 14:18, 14 October 2007 (UTC) Alexander Graeme Morrison (famous lawyer) was born on 4 October 1996 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.221.180.102 (talk) 09:19, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
Wikipedia is not a reliable source
editWith the new policy, these articles need directly sourced citations here in this article. It is not sufficient to refer to their Wikipedia article for sourcing (it never has been.) The only thing a Wikipedia article proves is that notability exists. Elizium23 (talk) 12:06, 3 January 2020 (UTC)

- The editnotice for this page and those like it reads, in part: Each addition now requires a direct citation from a reliable source on this page supporting it. Simply providing a wikilink is not sufficient and additions without direct sources will be removed. Elizium23 (talk) 12:12, 3 January 2020 (UTC)
