Notability
editI created the article. Having articles about sources (see Computer programs and the Patent Cooperation Treaty# note-Gunter Gall) is invaluable. This organization Office de Formation et de Documentation Internationale is defunct, but it organized advanced legal seminars back in the 1980s. This was well before the Google age, and that explains why a Google search does not help much to establish notability. But as a source of information, I would keep this article. Thanks. --Edcolins (talk) 20:42, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
Update: Google Books returns 3 hits, hinting that the seminars were notable twenty years ago. --Edcolins (talk) 20:47, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
