Added ~2500 bytes of text that clarifies and elaborates on both the design and usage of Officer's Tools. April 2020 version of the page was lacking in detailed information, sources, and descriptions of how an Officer's Tool is used. The length of the overview section has been expanded, and a new section, "Design and Usage", has been included to better explain how Officer's Tools are used by first responders in the field. New sources (instructional articles and videos created specifically for firefighters) have been added to provide further detail.

Summary of Changes:

- Added new section, "Design and Usage"

- Added "See Also" section

- Added new link to FDNY Forcible Entry Resource Guide

- Added three new sources

- Elaborated on usage instructions & applicable situations

- Clarified that removing a lock cylinder does not automatically unlock a door

- Removed WestCoast911Store source (useful, but still technically a promotional source)

- Cleaned up comma splicing and capitalization errors

- Attempted to capitalize "tool" in article title (attempt failed)

Still Remaining - Add a "Names" section elaborating on different names for Officer's Tools and how the "Rex Tool" is technically a newer version of what was previously known as an A-Tool or Officer's Tool. Information not added due to lack of verifiable sources - most "sources" were storefront pages that all refer to Officer's Tools by different names. "Rex Tool" seems to be the most common name now; perhaps consider changing the article title from "Officer's Tool" to "Rex Tool"?
