I don't think it's right that there should be so many direct links to external content from within the body of the article. When I see alist of most common indicators, I would expect that a click on, say, the 1st one, total population, leads me to an unbiased explanation of the concept, with possible links to data in references, rather than to the data of one arbitrary data provider.
