editI would like to edit this entry. It implies it was released to compensate due to (undeniable) declining sales in the west. In fact, and the article does imply, it was an Asian booster. What's missing from the article is that this single was the official theme song to Yamaha's "Tiffany System Stereo" line of home electronics. As you may guess Tiffany was an image model for Yamaha in 1989. Its a very unique release in terms of an example of a western artist's success in Japan VS the decline in their home country and considering the size of Japan's music market (The world's 2nd - even then) this single was a smash hit and yet another boon for her, commercially. I can provide sales figures if need be. This single should not be overlooked as should many of her Japanese releases due to their financial importance.
