Concerns wrt FA criteria
editI came across this article looking for external links to organisations associated with climate misinformation using Special:Linksearch. I was surprised to find one such a link in an FA, now removed. Unfortunately, this article seems to require more TLC to be brought back up to FA level.
- A significant update is needed. The article relies heavily on pre-2008 sourcing. Research and industry developments since are not well integrated
- There is some WP:SANDWICHing going on with the images
- There are some problems with overcitation. In a few scattered places, citations are missing completely.
If these issues cannot be addressed here, the article may be taken to Wikipedia:Featured article review, where it can be delisted if issues remain unaddressed. Femke (talk) 18:38, 13 November 2021 (UTC)
Dictyonema shale
editDictyonema shale has nothing to do with the basidiolichen Dictyonema. It has to do with the fossil colonial animal Dictyonema. Good example of problems that arise when the same name is used for plants and animals. 23.93.190.67 (talk) 04:00, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
