editIt might be useful to include noise power data in section "The sonic booms" in dB (SPL) units, as this would be more meaningful to most people (myself included, actually). It seems that 100 Pa is about 67 dB (SPL), but I'm not comfortable with Acoustics, hence I shall not edit. Please discuss. Cangelis (talk) 02:00, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

"Poor response"?
editWhy are we judging the government'ts response as "poor"? Because htey didn't hand out free money to everyone who showed up claiming that they had a busted window or needed new plasterwork done and that it was the sonic boom's fault? I am sure that 85% of the claims that were brought WERE meritless and were from people seeking "free money". Obviously the government has learned since then that it's a lot easier to just shovel money at everyone who asks for it, but who is wikipedia to judge their response as "poor"? That seems biased. You could say that some people CLAIM it is poor, but stating it as a fact is jumping in on the side of the government's opponents (which this article seems to mostly slant towards anyway...."executing their bretheren with their thunder"? For the love of....this guy should go and talk to some people who were actually executed by their governemnt and see how they pity the poor souls who had to listen to a loud boom every day...up to EIGHT TIMES!!!! Oh, the humanity!
Human Experimentation in the United States
editThis article includes a link to the Wikipedia page Human Experimentation in the United States. But there is no reference to this page on the other. If the topic is significant enough to be included on one page, it should be mentioned on the other. 72.104.235.193 (talk) 19:45, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
Boeing 2707 article
editIn the Boeing 2707 article, it says (at least some) of the flybys were done with the XB-70 (which would be awesome) but I've looked for sources that confirm that, but I haven't found any. I may need to do more reading but I think it should be corrected, let me know if some were done by the Valkyrie (I love the Valkyrie so much) Cheers! <3 Taffy boeing b 17 (talk) 23:17, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
