Hang on, do we really need three versions of this song? Shouldn't the text be within "Wikisource"? And is nobody worried that this article almost an "orphan". In other cases orphaned articles are considered to be lacking in something. Ogg (talk) 21:27, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I'm not at all sure we need all three of those. But it would be helpful to know the sources of the version or versions given. The last one ("Lay of the Old Settler") looks like the one I grew up on. This song is central to my culture, and I'm offended by the "Low-importance" tag "Roots music" gives it.
