This page used to be a redirect to 2015 Russian Sukhoi Su-24 shootdown, before a biographical article was created by an editor (User:PlanespotterA320) who has since been indefinitely banned on this wiki by the English Wikipedia community, and from all Wikimedia sites by the global Wikimedia community and by the Wikimedia Foundation [1].
The article has seen only very few content changes by other editors afterwards, and its notability separate from the event seems questionable, cf. WP:BIO1E. I am reinstating the redirect per WP:BRV.
