Due to Omarosa's Antagonist-esque nature, this article and this talk page will be watched VERY CLOSELY. Please keep all of your talk and edits regarding about Omarosa clean and civilized. Thanks. — Vesther 21:48, 19 September 2005 (UTC)

She's not Antagonist-esque; she is an antagonist. The page should be carefully monitored, though, for the reason you indicated.-->

Battle of Network Reality Stars

The current wording is in future or present tense (that Omarosa will be on the show in August 2005). The show has been over for almost a month. I changed the wording once and someone reverted, along with a brief summary of what she talked about on the reunion. I'm going to change it again, and if someone wants to revert, please explain why in the talk section. --JamesB3 04:14, 11 October 2005 (UTC)

Unclear

This is definately not clear. Did she or did she not pose nude?

After being fired from the show, her celebrity profile grew. She has been on The Oprah Winfrey Show, made a brief appearance on NBC soap Passions, and a renowned pornographic magazine offered her money to pose nude. At the time of the offer, Omarosa rejected it, declaring that some of her parts were reserved for her then-husband. Due to her marital status being separated (as of October 15, 2005), Omarosa may have different excuses and/or views with regards to nude modeling.

Anyone got a link to the nudies?
(What? I'll take a gander)

I don't think she posed nude whatsoever. — Mark Kim (Reply/Start Talk) 00:39, 17 April 2006 (UTC)

Biased, to the point of banality

Was this bio written by Ereka Vetrini? It definately reads like it. Im not a fan, im a black woman and she makes us all look bad, but this is too much. The only thing not included in the article is that she's the devils spawn.

I'm changing this statement "Ironically, since leaving The Apprentice, Omarosa's celebrity profile has grown." because it isn't irony at all. Someone gains fame from being on TV...that is the whole damn point. You expect someone to gain notoriety after being on a popular TV show aired on a major network. Vaginsh 02:39, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

This article has now taken a complete 180 and is bordering on fantasy. I would recommend it be relisted as an NPOV page. For starters, calling her a political consultant for the Clinton/Gore administration is belligerent over glorification. She was a normal government employee who served most of her time as a receptionist. Ultimately she was fired for not being able to get along with anyone. 70.21.115.202 (talk) 16:23, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

Watch the negativity

Just now I had to bash all the negativity that I saw throughout the last couple of edits. I'm not going to name any names neither I would name any edits, but keep in mind that you should avoid putting the negativity in the article because excessive negativity is likely going to place a bad taste onto the page, so think twice before placing a lot of negativity in this article. — Vesther (U * T/R * CTD) 02:05, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

Piers Morgan's statements

His statements in my opinion should be removed, as it makes the article seem more negative than it already is. Otherwise include his opinions in The Apprentice section (with the other feuds that she had in the show). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tam001 (talkcontribs) 14:03, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Needs to be redone

I went over the article and this article needs to be re-done to the point where it's more neutral and more organized. I'm not gonna put a fix tag on it, but I feel that this article needs to be rebuffed a bit more to a more positive and a more encyclopedia-quality point. — Mark Kim (Reply/Start Talk) 04:07, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

I agree! This article makes her look a little too negative! It's very biased...it is knocking her more than it is informing readers. It makes Omarosa look very Hateful, and whether you dislike her or not is one's own personal preference, but Wikipedia shouldn't be encouraging people to dislike the woman! ...and as far as the comment that was made about her making black women look bad, I'm a black woman and I disagree with that! I don't look at Omarosa's behavior as being a black or white issue! The woman is acting, and that's it! LOL! I think people should stop taking her so seriously and let it go! I love Omarosa...she's intelligent and articulate; and being a 20 year old black woman who is in college, I have much admiration for her! Therefore, I disagree, I don't feel she makes black women look bad! There are so many other's who do a much better job at making black women look bad than Omarosa ever could! I'm not saying you guys have to love her, but give her a break and stop all of the bashing!!! **Alicia**

Lie detector

Eventually, Vetrini moved to put the controversy to rest by appearing on the Howard Stern show, where she passed several lie detector tests. When Omarosa was a guest on the television show Crossfire, host Chris Matthews asked her repeatedly if she would agree to take a lie detector test. She declined.

Why is this in here? Polygraphs haven't been shown to be reliable in any way. At the best, it should be worded different. 68.149.13.166 (talk) 08:32, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

But the instance of Omarosa declining to take the lie-detector test did occur! Douche. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.240.82.17 (talk) 22:15, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Divorce and falsification of source

You cannot use the People to verify the divorce. People discusses only a separation. -- The Red Pen of Doom 03:10, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Agreed. I couldn't find any references to the divorce in People magazine, but a Google search does return many links. However, it's not clear if any of those links are WP:RS. It would be very helpful to find one, or it should be removed as per WP:BLP. Plastikspork (talk) 17:31, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

rename page to omarosa manigault since she is divorced

Omarosa is divorced & now goes by her birthname. Please move this page to jsut Omarosa Manigault. Thanks. 70.108.79.147 (talk) 15:05, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

We would need a WP:RS indicating she has legally changed her name. Plastikspork (talk) 17:29, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
Her website still uses her married name. – ukexpat (talk) 20:38, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

Move?

she does not know what she wants

Omarosa clearly doesn't know what she wants.Wasn't she supposed to study to become an ordained minister?Make up your mind,God is not a joke!!!!!Good luck with you life. She craves for the publicity too much. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.148.5.26 (talk) 21:29, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Career: Reality shows

"...Manigault-Stallworth has gone on to appear on various talk shows and over 20 other reality shows, ..."
Why "other"? a talk show is not a reality show. It should say "appear on various talk shows and over 20 reality shows". Agreed? Thanks Kvsh5 (talk) 15:33, 13 November 2009 (UTC)

ATTENTION: Omarosa's Nigerian Heritage

I really commend Ihunnaya for spotting this out, but citations are still lacking (whether electronic or print). If anyone can actually cite any of Omarosa's Nigerian Roots, then you should feel free to cite anything out. Anything. Period. — Mark Kim (Reply/Start Talk) 18:28, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

Most American Blacks are of Nigerian descent it was the largest single source country for slaves. Slaves were brought from all along the coast from Senegal to Angola. At this stage due to intermarriage it is safe to say that anyone from a pre Civil War American Black family is of partly Nigerian descent but what significance does it have when there are many generations removed.RichardBond (talk) 23:42, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Who wrote this?

The very first sentence says Omarosa "is a reality game show and reality show personality". At what time was she or anybody else for that matter a "reality game show"? Stephlet 13:25, 25 June 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stephlet (talkcontribs)

Relationship and death of partner?

Michael Clarke Duncan wasn't some no name dude and I feel the wording is offensive, why can't it be retitled "Relationship with Michael Clarke Duncan"? Bumblebritches57 (talk) 00:00, 14 August 2014 (UTC)

Quotes

I moved the quotes here in order to clean up the article page. They need moved to WikiQuote if someone wants to help out with that. Thanks, Daysleeper47 15:07, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

  • "Let me be the first to tell you that Jose has a wonderful ass."
  • "The woman is just, ugh, I feel so bad for her children."
  • "My, my, what steroids can do to a body! That man is *hot*!"
  • "Crack whore!"
  • "You let a crackhead play with a knife over here."
  • Ereka Vetrini: That is like calling the kettle black.
  • Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: See, there you go with your racist terms. What was that you said about black people?
  • "Well, Heidi speaks her mind, but what's on her mind isn't always that appealing."
  • Donald Trump: How did Heidi do?
  • Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: Heidi was fantastic. And I will tell you that I haven't always been a fan of Heidi. I haven't always thought that she was professional, nor did she have much class or finesse...
  • Donald Trump: [sarcastically] That was very nice. This is one of the worst compliments I've ever heard.
  • Carolyn Kepcher: Isaac's last name?
  • Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: Mizrahi.
  • Carolyn Kepcher: Yes. I see you learned that a little too late.
  • "...I'm a big, big connoisseur of waters."
  • "I'm gonna sell the frog smoking opium!"
  • "I don't really take anything that Heidi says to heart at all. I mean, look at the source."
  • Donald Trump: You got hit in the head with a little piece of plaster that - by the way, all my life I've been hit on the head with plaster - Omarosa, I mean, you know, give me a break.
  • Kwame Jackson: [Both imitating Omarosa] "My head. I wanna eat."
  • Troy McClain: "Dude, it's my head, and if I don't get some catered service pretty quick, I'm callin' the President."
  • Donald Trump: Omarosa has a huge chip on her shoulder. She felt that she was superior to the other people. She's very smart, but I think her attitude was terrible.
  • Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: Essentially, um, we introduced her to a piece called "The Hollowed Pussy".
  • Meghan Boody (artist): I actually photographed this at a taxidermist studio in Paris. It's not quite clear if this is an undead kitty or not.
  • "Just for the strength of the team, I'd like to see Heidi go. Plus, I'm tired of hearing her say that she'd rather sell Tampax than artwork. She's pretty much supporting my theory that she is the least classiest person in this game."
  • "Kwame could take me, but if he does, I'm gonna have to eat my "brutha" up."
  • Donald Trump: [Omarosa barges into the Boardroom] Omarosa, I didn't call for you yet!
  • Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth: [on Heidi] ... She likes to drop the "f-bomb" every five minutes.
  • Donald Trump: Omarosa, go out and sell paintings or whatever the hell you're doing. I don't like excuses.

Bow Down

This should also get copied over to Wikiquote along with the other quotes above:

Photo

A more dignified top photo maybe? 2600:1002:B110:D7D1:484D:CEA0:8205:3F2B (talk) 21:00, 28 March 2016 (UTC)

I was about to say the same thing. See images.google.com where about 40% of her photos (even biasing it by including the wikipedia photo) show "cleavage", so yes a significant subset of her public appearances, but less than 50%, and certainly less fitting with her new White house staff role.
Can someone put a note on my talk page with a link to a tutorial how to get photos approved? Last time I tried years ago it was a long headache even from a fair use (government funded and/or nonprofit reserach publication if I recall) about copyright etc. Meanwhile maybe someone else can replace the photo, choosing one from images.google.com [1] Harelx (talk) 07:24, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
Better yet images.google.com for her name and Trump's one of these would be best: [2]
Please, better photo. -- Kndimov (talk) 04:05, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

President work in infobox

Should her title within the Trump administration be part of the infobox? It seems like she has received a post of sorts in his administration in the White House. --BabbaQ (talk) 01:08, 31 January 2017 (UTC)

Degrees

I did not complete my Ph.D. At Howard or Oxford or the Sorbonne. That statement in the introduction is superfluous and another example of people claiming ABDs--which is not a thing in real life. Avocats (talk) 20:00, 15 March 2017 (UTC)

Insufficient Source + Other issues

I have removed a section that was really an odd section. It was about a really minor incident, that, all came from one source that was a notably poor source. Putting it here to state I did so. Thanks RabbitholeWiki (talk) 05:37, 15 August 2017 (UTC)

Move request: Omarosa Manigault

Is there any reason why this page shouldn't be moved to Omarosa Manigault, given the fact that almost all recent reliable sources introduce her that way? --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 19:33, 7 March 2017 (UTC)

She's known professionally just as Omarosa. --Aleccat 22:13, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
I agree with Dr. Fleischman. She isn't working in entertainment or on a reality tv show anymore. She holds a professional position now. She should be called by her full name as the reliable sources refer to her as Omarosa Manigault. Thanks to whoever changed her image to a more professional looking one. Antonioatrylia (talk) 23:07, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
If you run a Google News search for "omarosa", at least the first 10 hits all identify her as Omarosa Manigault. --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 23:36, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
I also agree with Dr. Fleischman, basically every news article (TMZ and the sort aside) includes the surname now. Obviously we should maintain "Omarosa" as a redirect to this page, and perhaps re-evaluate the situation after she leaves the administration and returns to the strictly celebrity realm. Ministre d'État (talk) 14:53, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
I would not be opposed to that. --Aleccat 16:11, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
I'm not sure of this. She's still known and referred to as Omarosa, even in those sources only the first time she's mentioned is by her full legal name. Further down it's not followed by "Miss/Mrs. Maniagault" but simply "Omarosa". So this move is premature at best. And Wikipedia states clearly that one shouldn't edit page in anticipation of what may become common or the norm in the future. Loginnigol (talk) 15:11, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
I don't believe you're correct. I checked the first 3 reliable sources from that Google News search I linked to, and all three introduced her as Omarosa Manigault and then referred to her thereafter as Manigault. --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 16:59, 13 March 2017 (UTC)

Page is a mess with different names including hyphenated ones. Working at the white house was essentially part of her reality tv career. Legacypac (talk) 18:52, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
