Intro
editMade some changes to the intro. The extensive detail on systolic heart failure, while enlightening, is not necessary here and should be left to that subject's page. Also there are unsubstantiated claims, such as how inotropes are palliative and not curative (not even sure what that means in this context, or how omecamtiv is curative, which this claim implies), that omecamtiv offers a long term solution, and that heart failure is malignant.
