Connection to scandal in BC
editI surely won't add anything until I have my facts straight, but OmniTRAX figures in the scandal in British Columbia which so far is described, partly, in Wikipedia as BC Legislature Raids, which has to do (among other things) with OmniTRAX's bidding on the sale of BC Rail; a bribe was solicited from OmniTRAX by consultants working on behalf of government operatives; that's all I can safely say until I can specify the facts accurately.Skookum1 (talk) 14:39, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Is this the same company? I pipe-linked OmniTRAX on Peak 2 Peak Gondola.....Skookum1 (talk) 14:40, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

deletion of BC Rail Scandal
editJust found this, which was removed by a SPA; cites for Omnitrax's connection to the scandal are the main focus of the trial that happened about lobbying and influence peddling and more; not the real scandal, which was CN/Campbell's, but blanking this out is questionable; I hadn't had time to cite it before; but obliterating it is highly POV. I'm assuming that the SPA is a corporate p.r. type for OmniTRAX....if not WP:DUCK. I'm sick so am not gonna take the time/energy to fix this, but anyone from WPCanada or WPTrains reading this please have a look at BC Legislature Raids for relevant cites. REally a bottomless pit.Skookum1 (talk) 13:12, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
