Interpretation
editI find it enlightening to think of “naïve” as meaning “objective” and “sentimental” as meaning “subjective.” “Naïve” epic poetry is a description of a felt, perceived, or known object. “Sentimental” lyric poetry is a description of a feeling, perceiving, or knowing subject. 96.235.173.81 (talk) 03:56, 24 May 2020 (UTC) Russell Sprought
