Citations

Many of the citations in this article are links that now point to non-existent web pages. A web citation should at minimum give the url, work (e.g. newspaper, magazine), title, date and access date. The last is important so that if the url is dropped from the web, the source can be recovered from an archived copy. I have fixed some of the citations that are still live to illustrate, and left the dead links for now. The material does not seem contentious. But they should be replaced by better sources.
