editCan someone please write about open access as it applies to electricity generation and power markets? I'm thinking especially about the California energy crisis of 2001. --Uncle Ed (talk) 14:35, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
Railways
editRemoved this " Most railways are inherently open access and operate as common carriers."
Questions: is this true in the USA or Canada?
Until recently it was not true in most european countries (see EU Directive 91/440), it's not clear what the situation is in the rest of the world.Shortfatlad (talk) 23:06, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
Trivial examples
editThis article jumps back and forth between presenting info about open access infrastructure and mentioning very specific examples. These examples are randomly placed in the article and seem trivial. Should such examples be in this article? ~ Tropicalsundae (talk) 02:48, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
External links modified
editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Open access (infrastructure). Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20081103143211/http://www.railwaygazette.com:80/news_view/article/2008/10/8971/pilbara_open_access_from_november_20.html to http://www.railwaygazette.com/news_view/article/2008/10/8971/pilbara_open_access_from_november_20.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
