UAP
editNow that most polling agencies are now including the UAP in their polling numbers, appearing in 5 out of the last 9 polls, should we make a new column for the UAP? Catiline52 (talk) 12:00, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
Galaxy 25–28 Mar 2019 poll
editJust looking at the Galaxy 25–28 Mar 2019 poll, Footnote [e] didn't add up to 10% listed as "other" in the table Also entries don't match with the reference that reads "L/NP 33 ALP 34 GRN 9 ON 8 UAP 3 CON 2 Other 3 Don't Know 8".
What happens to the category of 'not decided'? It seems like an important data point in each sample but is not captured by the table. If it is in pretty much every poll why not include? --131.215.115.216 (talk) 01:57, 4 May 2019 (UTC)
Resigning, forgot to log in. --Fincle (talk) 01:58, 4 May 2019 (UTC)
Primary sources
editThere are a couple polls referenced to twitter. This seems little more the hearsay secondary or tertiary sources. Is it ok to reference these are should we go back to the source? --Fincle (talk) 02:01, 4 May 2019 (UTC)
- The only Newscorp paywalled newspaper I have access to The Australian (which is Newspoll). Galaxy (the polls sourced via GhostWhoVotes) is also used by Newscorp but they are spread between several other newspapers and they're all paywalled. If anyone can access those newspapers please change them over. GhostWhoVotes is an accurate source that often reports on these polls even hours before they are released and doesn't keep the results behind a paywall, which is why I used them, but the paywalled newspapers would be preferable.
