Corrections
editCompared the following advice, inserted into the article by 69.162.168.122, to the official game results:
- The 1979 bowl game was Oklahoma v. Nebraska, Not Oklahoma v. Florida State...
- The 1980 bowl game was Oklahoma v. Florida State, Not Oklahoma v. Miami...
- The 1981 bowl game was Oklahoma v. Florida State, Not Oklahoma v. Miami
The 1979, 1980 and 1981 game results were indeed listed wrong in the article and have been corrected. jareha 15:41, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

Recent History
editA recent history of the Orange Bowl needs to be written to reflect the fairly recent demolition of the Orange Bowl and the construction of the Miami Ballpark on the same plot of land. -- ℐℴℯℓ ℳ. ℂℌAT ✐ 16:28, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

See Orange Bowl 1951 article on Wikipedia for team which turned that game down
editThe talk page just acquired a note about the San Francisco Dons turning down the 1951 game. They would not play without their black players.
