Resolved issues

• I've done a slight copy edit.
• Avoid the "from X–Y" format. Either just state "X–Y" or use "from X to Y".
• Don't repeat boldface from the lead
• I've merged the single-sentence paragraphs.

I have one concern, and that is regarding the external links. ELs should only be used for official sites and pages which provide information beyond what is possible in the article. So either the links need to be removed (which I believe is relevant for the first Oregon Encyclopedia link) or should be turned into a reference and used to increase the depth of the article (relevant for the last link, I would believe).
