Need to have a bit about the fair's financial woes before parks and rec took over and a history of the various entities that ran the fair until 2006. See: HB 3502 2005. Which abolished the State Fair and Expo Center, though the parks still calls it that. Katr67 (talk) 00:51, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
