The information across the "Function" and "Bacterial Conjugation" sections is redundant. You should consider combining this into one section. The edits I can currently see do not expand much on the the currently published Wikipedia article. If you are struggling to find ways to expand the article, I strongly encourage you to get in touch with Nils, Yulia, or me.

From Dr. Walter: Bacterial conjugation is important for the spread of antibiotic resistance, so with oriT you arguably picked an important topic. From MLibrarian: It's good that you added the Figure to this article but please ensure it is of a good resolution in the final draft. A few other comments: 1) Please link concepts to preexisting Wiki articles, e.g., pilus

2) I am not sure if you plan to reuse the Lead of the original Wiki page or not but I this information is important to keep: "is a short sequence (up to 500 bp) that is necessary for transfer of the DNA...."

Digital Pedagogy Librarian Feedback: I think you've already responded to some of the above feedback, so good job! I just want to echo some of what my colleague MLibrarian said. You could add more links to other Wikipedia articles that might help readers define related concepts. I also think you need to add annotations to the figure to help non-specialists understand the process.
