Is this city nuts?
editIf my Russian and Ukranian dictionaries are correct, the name of this town translates to "Nuts" in both languages. The Russian Article mentions this, but doesn't reveal any information that I can grasp with my limited understanding to the language.--Kpstewart (talk) 05:01, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
