The article about Richborough Power Station mentions "concerns over the environmental effects of the fuel" which reportedly lead to court cases. The station was closed in 1996, due to "excess of capacity on the system" according to PowerGen (see references at Richborough Power Station). Could the negative environmental impacts of Orimulsion be substantiated and listed as disadvantage?

Also, I find the sentence "Pumping ceases to be problematic, and becomes impossible." slightly cryptic. Is it saying that pumping Orimulsion is problematic in any case, and below 30°C becomes impossible? In which case I suggest that they should be mentioned as two distinct disadvantages. Accordiing to this: https://cfpub.epa.gov/si/si_public_record_report.cfm?Lab=NRMRL&dirEntryId=64845, Orimulsion is little different to fuel oil in relation to environmental impacts when burnt, being similarly susceptible to pollution mitigation techniques, but more problematic in spill situations.
