Youngest US Ordinary

edit

Upon his installation, Bishop Cantú will be the youngest Ordinary (head of a diocese) in the US. He will also be the first one born after Vatican II concluded. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dcheney (talkcontribs) 05:15, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

We will need reliable secondary sources to document this. Thanks. Elizium23 (talk) 15:36, 11 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
I could just reference my website (which is cited by Wiki thousands of times ;-) (Sorry I forgot to sign my previous post - its been a while.)--Dcheney (talk) 01:53, 12 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
I could also challenge the reliability of that website, as it is inaccurate for all episcopal appointments in regard to the time until ordination and installation (canonical possession of the diocese). So I would kindly request an acceptable reliable secondary source that has a reputation for fact-checking, editorial oversight, and is not user-generated. Coat of Arms Update Needed

edit

The current arms are still impaled with the arms of the Diocese of Las Cruces. Until he becomes Ordinary, his arms should be his personal arms. After he becomes Ordinary, his arms will be impaled with those of the Diocese of San Jose in California. Alvincura (talk) 20:53, 4 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
