OEHS Revision/Cleanup

This page has been the subject of massive vandalism (as has its sister high school Oswego High School (Illinois)) and needs a major edit to bring it back in line. I suggest using this as a guide Naperville North High School

First up, I will work on getting rid of the massive lists this article has, making it long and hard to get any useful information from.
