editI have added some publications "selected" from the bibliographies of books I had in my office. They aren't canonical, except the ACT, HAMA, Exact Sciences, and Astronomy and History books, so please feel free to add to, subtract from, or modify the list. Maestlin 05:42, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

Distinct lack of references
editSo, it's 2022, and this article has accumulated exactly 1 (one) ref since it was created in 2004. It's really tempting to delete the whole thing except a one-sentence lede that includes his membership of the ICM, and that's from the man's own writing in 1937. Despite his highly significant mathematical contributions, he gets fewer refs than a 3rd division footballer from Belarus, a species of minute sea snail or a village in Iran with a population of 237. Most of the article's text was contributed by Tripodian, whose last edit was made in 2012. The article on Neugebauer's son Gerry (also mostly written by Tripodian) has the same number of refs, namely 1 (one).
What to do? If I were to delete every unreffed statement (it's really tempting and also encouraged), a whole load of outraged 'Pedians would descend on me and moan loudly. I wonder how many? MinorProphet (talk) 23:28, 15 June 2022 (UTC)
