Oppose: They are two unrelated topics. Oulton Estate is about parkland in Cheshire. Draft:Oulton Estate is about a housing estate in Leeds (although confusing written as it begins by discussing "Sugar Hill Estate" with no initial indication of how that's connected to the article title, and lacks a lead section).

Comment - It appears that I was reviewing without giving full time and attention to reviewing. I know why, but do not want to get into details.
