Silvio Scherli has likely fabricated the February 1948 story in The Locomotive, or De locomotief: Samarangsch handels- en advertentie-blad, loosely based on true (and far less mysterious) events in November 1940.

Shouldn't someone put the above into the article? Wikipedia is not about prolonging hoaxes? Sjoerd22 (talk) 15:51, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
