Though it looks long, this article actually has very little content. It can easily be handled in the album's article, which is quite lacking at the moment. Per WP:SONGS, songs should only have separate articles if there is enough non-trivial information to fill a good length article (excluding tables, lists, etc). Per WP:NSONG, a song is only notable if there has been significant discussion of it (as a song) in reliable secondary sources. That clearly is not the case here, as there is only one reliable secondary source listed for the entire article. The parts about the Japanese version of the song can be copied yto Koi ni Ochiru Toki, but the actual merge and resulting redirect should go to Over the Top (Infinite album) because the song was originally Korean and Infinite is a Korean group, but I'm open to discussion on that point, certainly.
