Owen's birthdate

I know that the Daily Mail cannot be used as a reference source, but an article there on 21 March 2025 says that Owen was born in "early December 2009". The records of the UK General Register Office show that Owen's middle name is Patrick, and that his birth was registered in Warrington in the final quarter of 2009; the registration data are available on the website of the GRO (https://www.gov.uk/general-register-office) upon a search; this is the only registered birth in Warrington in late 2009 or early 2010 that fits Owen's identity. The only way to find Owen's exact birthday via the GRO online records is to enter his Mum's maiden name in the search form. Her maiden name does not seem to have been published to date, and so only Owen's birthyear is available without it.

Why can't this be used as a source: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm16369583/bio/?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm and his birthday settled on the article. IPs cannot edit and fix this.
