The sculpture was created by artist Bruce Armstrong, who died Thursday, 4 April 2024.

The title "Owl (sculpture)" is a bit vague and doesn't clearly convey what the article is about. Another option for renaming is "Penis Owl", but that could be potentially offensive and conflicts with other "penis owls" ([1]https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-11-16/phallic-owl-statue-erected-in-serbia/10504392).
