I'm very skeptical of this article's claims about oxblood being a "newly invented" colour, which isn't really borne out by any of the sources. I've often seen this this term used re vintage shoes, leathers, upholstery, etc. & understood it to be one of the "classic" colours of dyed leathers, if nothing else. ωεαşεζǫįδ 17:33, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
