I choose not to learn too much about policy, I just potter about, so can't really comment on whether this is Speedy deletion worthy. But come on, the template is left 10 minutes after the article is started, while the editor is still working. I left the template and it doesn't prevent the author from working on the page. The initial revision contained no indication of notability, and since the infobox stated that the subject has had only one kickboxing match, I saw no way the subject could be notable on this field.
