in order for it to be an actual high speed rail its maximum speed must be at the very least 125 mph, yet the maximum speed for this thing will only be 110 mph so this is actually a higher-speed railroad. 50.115.194.122

I see what you mean, however, 110 MPH is considered a high speed service in North America. Also, using the term "higher-speed railroad" makes it seem as if the train travels faster than normal high speed trains. As a result, I think that it should be left as high-speed rail.
