  • Links for zoologist, ichthyologist, entomologist, biogeographic dividing point, subclades?

I paused before as I was worried about a sea of blue, so have now linked first three, and "biogeography" as the dividing point is self-explanatory. Subclade links to haplogroup - which is not at the right level. Have changed it to "lineages", subclade in this sense is better linked to "clade" so done Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 14:28, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

• • "Alternative names include southern blue-eye and northern blue-eye." - do these get applied to the subspecies particularly or are both alternate names applied to both subspecies?

Even though it is (to me) obvious they refer to the two subspecies respectively...there is no source that confirms this, hence I can't really comment. I will try and look in some older sources as it seems silly for there not to be one Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 14:28, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

It's frustrating as no source I have access to spells it out. Googling the terms, sometimes "southern blue-eye" seems to refer to the combined species as it is more southerly than all the others. So I can't speculate... Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 15:05, 10 May 2017 (UTC)

• I randomly googled three phrases and only turned up Wikipedia mirrors. Earwig's tool shows no sign of copyright violation.
