Hi, User:Gorthian, thank you for your editing here. I revised it partway back to how it was before though. For one thing, we don't want to use limiting descriptors in the intro to a disambiguation list, which would exclude natural addition of other entries later, and/or cause errors later. I.e., don't say this is for National Register-listed places only. I have created lots of disambiguation pages based first on NRHP-listed items, which then grow to include non-NRHP places. Also, it is more natural for readers to be able to find stuff organized geographically, i.e. within the U.S. by state then city. Happy to discuss further.
