How many world championships?

edit

The previous version of the lead called Nepomuceno "a 6-Time World Bowling Champion". It goes on to say that he has won the World Cup of Bowling four times, the World's Invitational Tournament once and the World Tenpin Masters once. If he has won the World Cup of Bowling four times, he is a 4-time world champion, not a 6-time world champion. But I prefer my version of the lead, which avoids the issues of what constitutes a world championship altogether and simply says what he has won: "He has won the World Cup of Bowling (1976, 1980, 1992 and 1996), the World's Invitational Tournament (1984) and the World Tenpin Masters championship (1999)." Yes, the 4 World Cup titles is more appropriate. I could not find any international news about the World's Invitational Tournament in 1984, it is also not a demonstration sport during the Olympics according to olympics.org. The World Tenpin Masters championship tournament is also a short lived tournament. The world cup has more credibility.ManyPAc (talk) 11:31, 7 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Nephews

edit

The names of his nephews in New York are irrelevant unless they are professional bowlers, I suggest that the reference gets removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 114.108.234.192 (talk) 11:46, 27 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Rafael NepomucenoPaeng Nepomuceno

Question: Do they call him Paeng Nepomuceno or just Paeng? Because you may inadvertently be picking an uncommon name. If it's commonly just Paeng, then suggest Paeng. The Filo version also uses Rafael "Paeng" Nepomuceno. Rennell435 (talk) 00:07, 28 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
