Kosovo

edit

Kosovo was removed from the list on the grounds that PNA does not recognise Kosovo. I think that as in the case of Taiwanese passport, Kosovo passport and other similar - non-recognition is separate from visa/entry requirement - there are many cases where some country does not recognise another one, but allows its citizens to enter using their passports of the non-recognised country as identity document, wheter stamped or not, with visa or visa-free... Thus if there is a source for Kosovo allowing entry with PNA passports I think we should put it back in the list. Alinor (talk) 08:04, 3 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Tagging Kosovan passport with pov-title

edit

As per discussion on Talk:Kosovan passport I conclude that the title is biased. This means that this article's title may be biased. Please join the issue. --Biblbroks's talk 22:09, 3 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Note that Biblbroks has no support for this action, and the POV template has been removed. Bazonka (talk) 22:28, 3 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Canada

edit

Section 4 says Canada accept it, Section 5 says Canada doesn't accept it. So which is right? Ringbark (talk) 22:46, 27 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Travel documents for those Palestinians without passport.

edit

I came here looking for information and did not find it. How many Palestinians use this passport? How many Palestinians don't have passports? Prior to its launch what documents did an individual from the Gaza Strip and West Bank, or the Camps, or the Gulf use when travelling? Has the PA passport changed things? See Mohammed Assaf. Defect in lead

edit

This was removed:

Palestinian nationality, citizenship and passports have also been conferred on people who are not Palestinians, in recognition of their work on behalf of the Palestinian people. These include Ofer Bronchtein, [1] Daniel Barenboim[2] [3][4]and the Swedish activist Benjamin Ladraa.[5]

The sources state citizenship is conferred in these cases of foreigners together with a Palestinian authority passport, the declaring of nationality being followed by the issuing of a Palestinian passport. Nishidani (talk) 13:34, 9 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

I don't see how the last paragraph of this comment invalidates what was removed? Is it that "in recognition of their work on behalf of the Palestinian people" isn't supported (in which case that phrase can be omitted)? Best wishes, Pol098 (talk) 21:29, 10 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

“Back” of the passport

edit

It is not the back, Arabic is written right-to-left and so the books (and passports) are bound on the right. 76.14.8.195 (talk) 04:37, 29 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
