I reverted two consecutive edits by the same editor because 1) they were spammy/promotional, see WP:NOTSPAM and WP:NPOV, and 2) they were a copyright violation of several pages from the same government web site in Bangladesh. In that country, government copyrights last 60 years (The Copyright Act, 2000_Translation in English, p. 22). List of infringed-upon web pages:
