@Ilyaskhorasani: It is very easy. Now, these inter-wiki links are managed by Wikidata. Go to Paniala. In the left side toolbar, select "Wikidata item" under "Tools" tab. Open the link, copy the name of the article in Urdu Wikipedia, "پنیالہ" in this case. In Wikidata, add that Urdu name in "Wikipedia" tab located near the bottom. You can add it by selecting "edit", adding "ur" below "en" and then adding "پنیالہ", and save that entry! It's done! Faizan (talk) 13:06, 30 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
I was about to add it myself, but you should try that first. Faizan (talk) 13:09, 30 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
Or you can also do that by directly going to the "Languages" tab in the left side of an article and click on "Add links". Faizan (talk) 15:46, 30 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

@Faizan:! Alot of thanks, You have done it but I think why I was failed? when I edit wikipedia tab in wikidata there was asking me for site link, what is this?

The site link means "Wikipedia" version - Urdu in this case. You have to put "ur" - for Urdu and in the next blank, add the name of the article in Urdu. Try that for other articles. Faizan (talk) 14:28, 1 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
