editThis is absurd. There is no such place in the Yukon, let alone one that is almost the same area as France. -- User:Luigizanasi
I must admit I was wrong when I suggested speedy deletion. And I am on the board of the Association Franco-Yukonnaise. Hanging my head in shame. Luigizanasi 01:38, 24 May 2005 (UTC)
Was?
editParis was a place... so can we put a date in there? Even if it's just a decade? I'm guessing it was associated with a gold rush, but what do I know about Paris, Yukon? Nothing. So does anybody know when Paris was? The Literate Engineer 21:12, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

Paris-on-Dominion
editI was told that my grandmother Rose Marie DuBois (née Besner) was born in the roadhouse at Paris-on-Dominion. As far as I know, this is correct. I think I've seen this mentioned in an official document; but this would have been a long time ago. I've even seen an old photograph of the roadhouse. The photograph was--and still is, I would think--in the archives of Klondike National Historic Sites in Dawson City, Yukon. Finally, I think that there will be quite a few people in Dawson City who know of Paris-on-Dominion. Marvin DuBois, Leuven, Belgium.
