I found this article on prod as linkspam and did some touchups and a name chang to match Viennese café. This topic has potential but needs work from someone that has eaten in one several times or is familiar with their nature, history, categories, etc. youngamerican (ahoy-hoy) 01:42, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
