CAP?

The article had a reference to Parker's pricing system, CAP. I can't find any reference to it on the Parkers web site or anywhere else, so I removed it. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Name change in 2011
